What you can book
Title 24 scoping call
30 minutes by phone. We confirm your climate zone and code cycle, the compliance path and every verification your design will trigger — before you commit to anything.
California Energy Code Compliance field testing
About 60 minutes at the site. Duct leakage, blower door, refrigerant charge, airflow and QII, with results registered to an approved data registry.
HVAC changeout testing
About 90 minutes at the site for an equipment replacement: duct leakage and refrigerant charge or airflow verification, CF3R registered for the permit final.
New construction testing
About two hours on site for a new home: the full California Energy Code Compliance scope your CF1R calls for, coordinated with the builder's programme.
