Our commitment
CaliTitle24 Energy Compliance aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on this website.
What we have done
- Semantic structure with a single main landmark and a skip link on every page
- All controls keyboard operable, with a visible focus indicator
- Text and interface colours tested for WCAG AA contrast
- Persistent visible form labels rather than placeholder-only labelling
- Reveal animation disabled automatically under a reduced-motion preference
- Layout reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling
- Descriptive link text rather than bare "click here" labels
Known limitations
The on-site voice and chat assistant and any third-party scheduling widgets we embed are supplied by external providers, and we do not control their markup. Where such a component presents a barrier, we will provide the same information by telephone, email or in an alternative format on request.
